Who is the Admin User for an Organisation? #
An Admin User of an Organisation is a user who has permissions to manage an Organisation or a specific Experience. The extent of each Admin User’s permissions will vary depending on their role in the Organisation. Admin Users have the ability to create, manage and edit Experiences as well as message Players.
The different types of Admin Users are:
- Profile Manager
- President
- CEO
- CFO
- HR
- Communications
- Secretary
- Registrar
- Treasurer
- Financial Officer
- Contact User
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
Can an Organisation have multiple Admin Users? #
The Profile Manager has the ability to invite multiple Admin Users to co-manage their Organisation. In order to accept an invitation to become an Admin User the person must have a PlaySport account. However, Profile Managers also have the ability to send the invitation to non-PlaySport users and they will be prompted to create an account before they are able to accept the invitation.
How do I invite someone to become an Admin User? #
You are able to send an invitation for someone to become an Admin User for either your Organisation or a specific Experience.
To invite someone to become an Admin User of your Organisation:
- Click on your avatar photo in the top right of the page and select the Organisation you would like to add an Admin User to.
- Click the ‘Admins’ tab from your Organisation’s menu bar.
- Click ‘Invite People’.
- From here you can either search for an existing user on PlaySport, or invite a new user by entering in their name and email address.
To invite someone to become an Admin User for one of your Experiences:
- Click on your avatar photo in the top right of the page and select the Experience you would like to add an Admin User to.
- Click the ‘Admins’ tab from your Experience’s menu bar.
- Click ‘Invite People’.
