How do I use the .CSV template provided by PlaySport?

This method enables you to import an existing database, in a spreadsheet format. Using the template provided you can invite multiple members or followers at once. 

1. In the Organisation Dashboard, click on ‘Members’
2. Click on ‘Import’
3. Select whether to invite users to an experience, a membership type, or to follow you
4. Click ‘Download our CSV template’, and open the downloaded template on your computer
5. Add your members/followers details to the spreadsheet under the specified headings, and save the document ensuring it has been saved in the CSV file format
6. Upload the CSV file by dragging the file onto the page, or clicking the ‘Add’ symbol
7. Once file has loaded, click ‘Import’.
