A photo tells a thousand words, make sure you upload a background image and Organisation logo.
How to upload a header image #
- Click on ‘+ your header photo’.
- Select a photo that is stored on your device OR drag a photo into the header photo box frame.
- You can reposition the photo using the zoom scale underneath your photo.
- Click ‘Save’ .
How to upload my Organisation’s logo #
- Click ‘Select a file’ within the avatar circle.
- Select a photo that is stored on your device.
- Resize the photo and use the colours filters to best present your Logo.
- Click ‘Save’.
Visibility #
The visibility you choose for your Organisation determines who can, and who cannot see your profile. There are three types of visibility:
- Public: This allows the Organisation to be viewed and searched by any user on PlaySport. When players are not logged into PlaySport they can view your Profile.
- Private: This means no one can view or search the Organisation on PlaySport.
- Invite Only: If you would like to limit who can view your Organiser page you are able to send an invitation to specific Players to give them access to your information.
Pick a colour for your Profile #
Select your preferred colour that will highlight your Organiser Profile. We recommend using a colour that is relevant to your Organisation brand colour.
Click on the ‘eye icon’ to preview where this colour will be featured on your page.
Module Settings #
Show Nearby Listings: display other Organisations on your page that are near you. This option is great for community Organisations like Councils or Schools.
Description #
The description is an ‘About Us’ section which gives you an opportunity to describe your Sport Organisation to users.
You can make this section as brief or elaborate as you please to ensure you educate Players on the purpose of your Organisation.
