I’ve claimed my listing, what’s next?

It’s time to start organising! Once you have claimed your Organisation you may wish to: 

Check and update your Logo, Banner Image, or contact information. #

1. Click on your Avatar Photo.
2. Select your Organisation from under the heading ‘Organisers’.
3. Click the pencil icon or click ‘Settings’.
4. Here you can edit or add any of your Organisation’s information

Start Organising Sport and create an Experience (Activity, Class or Event). #

1. Click on your Avatar Photo.
2. Select ‘Organise New Sport’ under the heading ‘Experiences’.
3. Follow the steps to create an Experience.

Setup and verify your Payments so you can start accepting Registrations and Payments from Players. #

1. Click on your Avatar Photo.
2. Select your Organisation from under the heading ‘Organisers’.
3. Click the heading ‘Payments’ and follow the steps to payment verification.

Invite or import the Members of your Organisation. #

1. Click on your Avatar Photo.
2. Select your Organisation from under the heading ‘Organisers’.
3. Click the heading ‘Members’ and follow the steps to either inviting Members one at a time by email, or importing a list of your Members on a CSV file.

Invite your Organisation community to follow your profile on PlaySport. This will keep them up to date with all of your posts on News and Experiences. #

1. Click on your Avatar Photo.
2. Select your Organisation from under the heading ‘Organisers’.
3. Click the eye icon to preview your Profile.
4. Select the arrow icon to open the different types of sharing methods.
