How do I invite members to my organisation?

You can invite members to your Organisation  by the following methods: 

Invite #

​This method enables you to send invites to new members via emails, phone number or by searching the PlaySport database for existing members. 

1. In the Organisation Dashboard, click on “Members”
2. Click on “Invite” 
3. Enter either email addresses, phone numbers, or start typing the persons name to see if they are already in the PlaySport directory
4. Select whether to invite the selected persons to follow, be a member, or join an experience
5. Click “Send Invites” 

Import  #

​This method enables you to import an existing database, in a spreadsheet format. This enables you to invite many members or followers at once. 

1. In the Organisation Dashboard, click on “Members”
2. Click on “Import”
3. Select whether to invite people to an experience or a membership type
4. Click “Download our CSV template”, and follow directions to save the template on your computer
5. Add your members/followers details to the spreadsheet under the applicable headings, and save the document
6. Upload the CSV file by dragging file onto the page, or clicking the “Add” symbol
7. Once file has loaded, click “Import”
