Sign up to PlaySport.com and create your organisation or discover sport to play.
PlaySport has been created for Players to find sport and for Organisers to promote their activities.
Whether you are a Player or an Organiser you will need to create a personal user account first.
How do I create a PlaySport Account? #
- You have the option of downloading the PlaySport app for iOS and Android, or visiting the Account link above for the website.
- Click Create Account.
- Complete the form with your details.
- Agree to PlaySport Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Tap Next to start Playing, Organising or Following Sport!
Why do you need my address? #
Providing your residential address will help us provide you with tailored Sport content within your local area. You also have the ability to search for local Sport when you are away from home, using the ‘Find’ feature.
Why do you need my gender? #
Some of the Experiences offered by Organisers are gender specific. For example, an all Women’s Soccer team. Providing your gender helps us to tailor these Experiences to you. Providing us with your gender is not mandatory and won’t prevent you from accessing any of the features, sports or Experiences on PlaySport.
Why do you need my date of birth? #
Many sports and Experiences are tailored for specific age groups. Providing us with your age helps us to provide you with the optimal experience on PlaySport and tailor age specific Activities and Events to you.
How do I create a Username? #
A username must be at least 8 characters long and is created during the sign-up process. This will help you login to PlaySport, so choose a username which is personal and easy to remember.
- Suggested usernames based on your first and last name will be visible on the sign-up screen to assist you in this process.
- You do not have to choose one of the suggested usernames, they are there as a guide only.
- Your username is how you are found on PlaySport.
When you create your username, you will see either a green tick or a red exclamation mark. A green tick indicates that your chosen username is available, and a red exclamation mark indicates that the username is already in use.
How do I create a Password? #
Your password is important for protecting the privacy of your Account.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation marks for maximum security.
Help! I’ve forgotten my Password? #
If you forget your password, you can reset it by selecting ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen. This will send an email to your specified email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
Why will my Email not work? #
If your email is not accepted during sign up, it may already be in use.
Please check and ensure you have not previously made an Account. If you have, and have forgotten your login details, please use our ‘Forgot Password’ function. If you believe someone has wrongly signed up with your email, get in touch with our Support Team at [email protected] and we will endeavour to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
