With over twenty years of practice and eleven years of teaching, Ted knows his stuff. He’s a certified Bikram Yoga teacher and has advanced training from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy. Booking a class at Yoga Palmeira is straightforward. Just use the provided schedule. If you’re joining online, you’ll need a Zoom login. For in-studio sessions, spaces are limited, so make sure to confirm your spot ahead of time. Regulars might want to grab the Bobclass Self Service app to simplify bookings and track visits.
The class options include traditional Hatha Yoga, where Ted’s detailed guidance helps you to relax, stretch gently and soothe your mind and body. Private one-on-one sessions are also available, tailor-made to your needs, whether in the studio or your personal space.
