At Yoga Palmeira, you'll find a gently warmed studio with infrared heating and natural light, offering a peaceful spot for your yoga practice. The classes are kept small to cater for all levels of yoga practitioners, and there’s also one-on-one instruction available, both in traditional yoga and meditation. These sessions can be attended online or in-person, making it accessible for everyone.
Ted’s mission at Yoga Palmeira is simple: yoga is for everyone. No matter your athletic ability or flexibility, his aim is to help you reconnect with yourself and boost your energy levels for a focused mind. With over twenty years of practice and eleven years of teaching, Ted knows his stuff. He’s a certified Bikram Yoga teacher and has advanced training from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Academy. His teaching style is calm and steady, focusing on self-awareness and positive energy. Through his classes, Ted hopes you'll feel more connected, aligned, and inspired.
Booking a class at Yoga Palmeira is straightforward. Just use the provided schedule. If you’re joining online, you’ll need a Zoom login. For in-studio sessions, spaces are limited, so make sure to confirm your spot ahead of time. Regulars might want to grab the Bobclass Self Service app to simplify bookings and track visits.
The class options include traditional Hatha Yoga, where Ted’s detailed guidance helps you to relax, stretch gently and soothe your mind and body. Private one-on-one sessions are also available, tailor-made to your needs, whether in the studio or your personal space.
