Founded in 2002, Ocean Wave Pilates was the very first fully equipped Pilates studio in Brighton and Hove. From its humble beginnings with just a reformer and a mat in the corner, the studio has grown to become a top destination for Pilates enthusiasts of all levels. Paul Anthony McLinden, a second-generation Pilates master trainer, is the founder and head instructor at Ocean Wave Pilates. With a background as a male soloist ballet dancer, having performed all over the world, Paul brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the studio. Trained at the Central School of Ballet and later by Alan Herdman, known as the Godfather of Pilates in the UK, Paul is dedicated to providing top-notch training to his clients.
The team of instructors at Ocean Wave Pilates is carefully selected and trained to ensure precision and care in their teaching methods. The customer always comes first, and the team works diligently to provide a workout experience tailored to each individual's needs.
