With over three decades of body work experience, Regina is an international holistic wellbeing expert, a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher, as well as a practising Bowen and IFS Therapist and Hypnotherapist. She takes a personal approach to her practise, focusing on the Mind, Body, and Spirit to achieve great results.
Regina is a highly qualified Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT), with extensive training and experience. Her classes are suitable for people of all levels, ages, and abilities. She encourages students to honour and get to know their bodies, mindfully concentrate on their mat, and work at their own ability. Above all, she celebrates individuality and uniqueness.
Having taught weekly Yin and Yang Yoga classes in Purley, Surrey for almost 20 years, Regina has now relocated to Norfolk. She currently teaches weekly online and private classes as well as small, tailor-made, intimate wellbeing retreats from her home in the Stoke Holy Cross area and Norwich.
Yoga Orchid offers a variety of opportunities for practitioners, including yoga holidays, workshops, and weekend retreats in England, Ireland, Morocco, Greece, Sri Lanka, and Goa. Regina's unique teaching style fosters an atmosphere of fun and wellbeing, allowing students to explore the connexions between their bodies, breath, and stillness in their yoga practise. She specialises in teaching 'authentic' Yin Yoga with soft Yang flows and guided meditations.

Yoga Orchid offers various classes in Norwich, including Tuesday morning sessions at the Methodist Church Hall in Pigot Lane, Framingham Earl. These classes cater to people of all ages and abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats and blankets. The investment for an 8-week commitment block is 96.
Additionally, Yoga Orchid offers an online Yin Yoga class every Wednesday morning. Participants can join the virtual live class and also receive 7 days access to the on-demand recording via a private link on Youtube. The investment for the 7-class block is 91.
