I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals to explore their practise and find balance in their lives. My teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and incorporating elements of meditation and mindfulness into each class. I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment where students can feel empowered, inspired, and connected.
