Yoga, having been a practitioner for over 10 years and a certified yoga teacher for 5 years. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals to explore their practise and find balance in their lives. My teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and incorporating elements of meditation and mindfulness into each class. I am dedicated to providing a supportive environment where students can feel empowered, inspired, and connected.
I believe in the power of yoga to not only strengthen the body, but also to cultivate inner awareness and promote overall well-being. Furthermore, I am committed to continuing my own education and staying current with the latest developments in the field of yoga and holistic well-being.
