Classes come in two flavours: led classes and open classes. Led classes are guided sessions where everyone moves together through the Ashtanga sequences. Open classes are Mysore style, where you practice at your own pace with individual guidance from the teacher. Both styles combine breath control (pranayama) with flowing movements (vinyasa).
The studio embraces the Mysore style of teaching. In this method, Tesh gives personal guidance, tailoring the practice to each student's needs and helping everyone grow at their own pace. Over time, you'll learn the sequences by heart, making your practice more fluid and connected to your breath.
Classes run all week, from early mornings to weekends. They’re closed on public holidays and during the full moon and new moon.
