The squad's training sessions provide a combination of skill and drill based technique work, aerobic conditioning, speed training, and various kick and pull sets. Swimmers have the flexibility to choose between attending once, twice, or three times weekly.
Led by a team of highly qualified coaches, including Gary Hurring, a Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist and NZ Olympic Coach, CitySwim ensures that swimmers receive expert guidance and support throughout their training journey.
