For expectant mums, they’ve got Pregnancy Yoga from 15-16 weeks onwards, focusing on breathing, movement, and relaxation - perfect prep for labour. New mums can join Postnatal Yoga from 6 weeks post-birth, focusing on recovery, fitness, and calmness - all until the little ones start moving.
They also offer Women’s Yoga for core strength, flexibility, and relaxation - open to all levels, including beginners and mums 10+ weeks postnatal. Plus, there's WiggleBums and WiggleKids Yoga in schools and nurseries for the little ones – teaching them movement and mindfulness.
