The yin classes focus on slow and deep stretches, while the hatha flow classes are slow and strong. The wake up and flow class is energising and refreshing, perfect for starting the day, and the Friday night slow down class is soothing and mindful. In addition to their regular classes, The Movement also hosts weekend yoga retreats.
