Founded by Ashley Carucci, a successful business owner with a background in corporate careers, FITA U Performance Centre understands the challenges of balancing work and fitness. Ashley's own experience led to the creation of our personal training and small group training programmes, which prioritise functional strength training in a community-oriented environment. Since 2017, we have helped over 100 busy career professionals in Brisbane achieve their fitness goals and consistently train three times a week.
