Our gym in Spring Hill, located at Lindsay Trigar Physiotherapy, provides a convenient and accessible space for individuals to ignite their fitness journey. We offer a range of services, including 1-on-1 Exercise Physiology Consults, Testing/Screening Sessions, and Semi-private Group Training. We accept Medicare, NDIS, Private Health, and Veterans' benefits, ensuring that our services are accessible to all.
Our team of dedicated professionals is led by Cody Fullarton, an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Level 2 ASCA Coach. Cody has over 15 years of experience in working with clients at our Spring Hill location and has recently set up a second location at Dittmer Park in Upper Mt Gravatt. We are also excited to announce that we will be opening a new location at the Sherwood Magpies AFC in Chelmer in mid-2022.
Cody's extensive experience in working closely with physiotherapists has given him a deep understanding of injury pathology, rehabilitation, and prevention. He has been involved in various sports in different roles, including being the High Performance Manager at AFL QLD. Cody is currently the head of strength and conditioning at the Sherwood Magpies AFC, South Brisbane District Cricket Club, and Lifetime Tennis.
Jed Cooney, an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, is also an integral part of our team. With his passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, Jed brings a unique perspective and expertise to our gym.
Our gym in Spring Hill provides a range of classes and training options to cater to different fitness levels and goals. We offer Semi-Private Group Training, Strength & Conditioning Group Classes, and Junior Athletic Development sessions. The days and times of these classes vary based on location, with options available at both Mt Gravatt and Chelmer. Individuals can book their classes conveniently via our website.
We also offer Junior Athletic Development sessions, available most afternoons. Individuals interested in these sessions can enquire to arrange a screening/testing session to get involved.
