Under the guidance of Level Three Head Coach Marco Cecere, Wests Rugby boasts a strong coaching staff across all grades, ensuring that players receive excellent support and development opportunities. In fact, the club has a proud history of producing talented players who have gone on to represent Australian teams, including the Australian 20s, Australian 7s, NRC, Super Rugby, and the Wallabies.
