Ginny Bain, the founder of the Therapeutic Yoga & Zen Shiatsu Centre, has a passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. She initially discovered Zen Shiatsu as a way to address her own stress-related health issues and soon became deeply involved in the practise. This led her to pursue a career in Ryoho Yoga and become a qualified teacher. With over 20 years of experience, Ginny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teachings.
The centre offers individual Zen Shiatsu treatments, which can provide deep relaxation and healing. The treatments are received fully clothed and without the use of oils, making them accessible and convenient for all. Zen Shiatsu works with the body's natural healing capacity and helps restore balance in the mind and body. Sessions are approximately one hour long and can be booked by appointment.
