Our team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists are highly qualified professionals who specialise in clinical exercise interventions. Through exercise prescription, testing and assessment, education, and lifestyle modification advice, we aim to restore optimal physical function, health, and wellness.

Mel, our ESSA accredited exercise physiologist, is the driving force behind Maximum Potential Fitness. With over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has a deep passion for helping people and believes in using exercise to change lives. As a dedicated athlete herself, Mel has competed at state and national levels in cycling and continues to participate in local triathlon competitions. Her personal experience of using exercise to rehabilitate from injury has fueled her desire to help others realise their full potential despite obstacles.

Mel's approach is results-focused and evidence-based. She believes that with the right guidance and motivation, anyone can achieve their goals, regardless of their condition, disability, or barriers. Mel's wealth of knowledge in health and wellness, combined with her genuine passion to support the community, make Maximum Potential Fitness a trusted and welcoming space for individuals on their journey to optimal well-being.
