Additionally, Kristy offers an upgraded lifetime membership for online classes, which provides access to over 50 videos via a private link exclusively available to community members.

It is advisable for newcomers to avoid eating a large meal just before practise, although a small snack is acceptable.
Wearing strong fragrances to class should be avoided to prevent discomfort for other participants. Arriving 10 minutes before the class begins is recommended to complete necessary paperwork. While Kristy has a few spare yoga mats available, students are encouraged to bring their own. All necessary props, such as blocks, belts, blankets, and bolsters, are supplied, but students are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
