The goal is to develop a deep understanding of Yoga, its goals, and its purpose, and to share that vision with the world.

Teaching techniques, including communication, demonstration, and physical assistance, will be trained, assessed, and developed. The focus is on teaching “Yoga for Everybody,” ensuring that participants feel confident in teaching anyone, including pregnant students or those with physical limitations.
