If you're new to yoga and want a class specifically designed for beginners, our Saturday morning yin yoga class is perfect for you. This 4-week course is focused on introducing you to the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced instructor Kathryn Ellis, the class will guide you through a slow and meditative approach to yoga, allowing you to stretch and practise within your own comfortable limits. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, find inner peace, or simply take some time for yourself, this class is the perfect opportunity to discover the many benefits of yoga.

Our class timetable offers flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Yin yoga classes are held on Monday evenings, while our “Step into Yin” classes take place on Friday mornings. Saturday mornings are dedicated to beginners, ensuring that everyone can find a class that suits their needs. As class sizes are limited to seven people, pre-booking is essential to secure your spot.
