Our class timetable offers flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Yin yoga classes are held on Monday evenings, while our “Step into Yin” classes take place on Friday mornings. Saturday mornings are dedicated to beginners, ensuring that everyone can find a class that suits their needs. As class sizes are limited to seven people, pre-booking is essential to secure your spot.
