Wallace believes that wellness is about more than just being a number on a scale. To him, wellness encompasses physical, social, and mental health, and it means living life to the fullest extent possible. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Wallace has a range of certifications and qualifications, including diplomas in personal training and diet and nutrition, as well as certifications in advanced gym programming, kettlebell training, and more. He is also licenced and registered with professional organisations, including CIMSPA.
Wallace offers personal training sessions at Eddie Abbew's Olympian Gym, but he is also flexible in accommodating clients who prefer to train at another gym, in the privacy of their own homes, or even outdoors in a park. He understands that each individual has different preferences and works to tailor his training approach to meet their needs.
In addition to exercise instruction, Wallace's goal as a personal trainer is to educate his clients. He aims to provide them with a better understanding of nutrition and help them develop personalised plans that will optimise their results. He believes in pushing his clients to achieve their best and constantly seeks to learn from them as well.
