KliKs Dance Academy

At KliKs Dance Academy, located in Hemel Hempstead, New Zealand, dancers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join our reputable and well-established dance school. With studios in South Oxhey, Garston, and Bushey, our classes cater to a variety of dance genres including freestyle, street, rock 'n' roll, and lyrical.

Our aim is to not only provide a fun and energetic dance experience but also to improve your child's fitness, coordination, concentration, and confidence. We believe in passing on invaluable dance knowledge to our students, allowing them to develop their dance abilities to their fullest potential.

Many of our past students have gone on to receive scholarships and have trained with reputable dance colleges such as Urdang, Laines, Italia Conti, Wilkes, and Addict. Some have even pursued successful careers in the dance industry, with credits including performances on X-Factor live shows and tours, being finalists on BBC1's So You Think You Can Dance, performing on Sky 1's Got to Dance, becoming performers on the Disney Cruise line, being finalists on Living TV's Dirt Dancing: The Time of Your Life, and working as backing dancers for multiple award-winning artists.

At KliKs Dance Academy, we offer a wide range of dance genres, including freestyle, street, rock 'n' roll, lyrical, hip hop, cheer, modern, tap, jazz, ballet, musical theatre, ballroom, and Latin. Our choreography draws influence from these genres, providing your child with a well-rounded knowledge of dance.

In addition to regular classes, our pupils have the opportunity to take part in annual exams, theatre shows, West End performances, workshops with guest teachers, and auditions for TV work. We are qualified with the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) and the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association), and closely collaborate with them to ensure our teaching meets professional and safety standards.

Here at KliKs, we are passionate about the joy and personal satisfaction that dancing brings, and we strive to bring out the best in your child's dance ability. Our instructors are regularly CRB checked and attend first aid courses to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
