With a continually growing timetable, The Yoga Barn currently offers a range of Aerial Yoga and mat-based Yoga classes. In addition, they also provide “Float Away Day” retreats and sound baths, allowing students to immerse themselves fully in their yoga practise. Rebecca Pyle, the founder of The Yoga Barn, is a highly qualified and experienced yoga teacher. She holds a 200hrs Yoga Campus Teacher Training Diploma, recognised by Yoga Alliance International. Rebecca has also received training in Aerial Yoga from the Aerial Yoga Academy and completed the Aerial Steps Teacher Training Course by Skills Active. Her expertise further extends to sequencing Vinyasa from Yoga Campus, Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness, and Reiki Level 1.
Additionally, Rebecca holds a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at work certification.
Rebecca's journey with yoga began in her thirties, and since then, she has practised daily and embraced its physical and spiritual benefits. With over 20 years of teaching experience as a primary school teacher and teacher trainer, Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her yoga classes. She believes in keeping her classes simple and accessible, ensuring that as many people as possible can experience the joys of yoga.
At The Yoga Barn, Rebecca aims to create a space where students can find clarity, calmness, and a sense of connexion both on and off the mat. Guided by her passion and dedication to yoga, Rebecca strives to help her students embrace their own bodies' limitations and celebrate each moment of their practise. Through pranayama and meditation practises, she offers tools to find peace and clarity amidst the chaos of everyday life.
