Starting his career in 2006, James has worn many hats—as a gym instructor, co-gym owner, and now a staple at Cave Castle Health Club as the resident personal trainer. Joining James are two top-notch trainers, Jack Atherton and Laura Dearnly. Jack, a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, is CIMSPA and REPS registered. Laura, who holds Level 2 & 3 qualifications and a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, specialises in 1-2-1 training and injury recovery, blending her fitness know-how with manual therapy.
