Emily's journey into yoga began during her travels through Southeast Asia, where she discovered the physical and spiritual benefits of the practise. In pursuit of further knowledge and expertise, she embarked on a transformative training journey in India. Under the guidance of esteemed teachers such as Sir Praveen Somu and Any Kumar, Emily received her Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in Mysore. She also expanded her teaching skills in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative yoga through classes and training in Rishikesh and Delhi.
Through her extensive training and diverse experiences, Emily has cultivated a deep gratitude for being able to share her practise with her clients, family, and friends. She believes that yoga not only offers a beautiful opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body, but it also fosters a profound sense of self-awareness and connexion.
