Led by Samantha Moore, an ex-dancer who found relief from long-term injuries through Pilates, the team at Moore Pilates is committed to high-quality, personalised coaching.
Moore Pilates believes Pilates is a smart, inclusive way to exercise. We aim to help clients get to know their bodies better, improve posture, core strength, and flexibility. Pilates builds strength from the inside out, focusing on the torso, pelvis, and shoulders, promoting better alignment, breathing, and fluid movement.
We offer various classes, including machine Pilates using reformers, half cadillacs, and stability chairs for a full-body workout. Our unique stretch class combines flow yoga and Pilates principles on reformers, and our Pure Power class mixes machine Pilates with cardio for strength, endurance, and fat burn.
Prefer working out at home? Our virtual classes come with a 10% discount on your first bundle when you quote “SPINE CURL.” Plus, we provide rehabilitation services, work within schools, and offer classes for athletes and individuals of all levels.
