With twelve dedicated teachers on board, CYC provides over twenty-five classes per week, catering to a wide range of needs and preferences. The studio offers various yoga styles, including ashtanga, hatha, yin, restorative, as well as additional activities such as sound baths, chakradance, and meditation classes.

CYC strongly believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, size, gender, or ability level. The teachers at CYC bring a wealth of knowledge rooted in time-honoured tradition, ensuring that each class is safe, supportive, inspirational, friendly, and most importantly, fun!

Accessibility is also a priority at CYC. Please note that there are two flights of stairs leading to the studio. The studio encourages participants to bring their own mats and props if possible, and hand sanitiser is provided on-site for everyone's safety.
