Located at 44a Portage Road, New Lynn, our fitness centre is open daily with flexible class timings. Morning classes are available from 5:00 am to 7:00 am on weekdays and from 6:00 am to 8:00 am on Saturdays. Afternoon classes run from 4:00 pm to 7:45 pm on weekdays and from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays (subject to change).
Membership options at The Arena include unlimited classes and open box access for $40 per week. This membership also includes access to the SugarWOD app, which allows you to view daily programming and log your workouts. We also offer specialised memberships for ArenaTeens (13–18 years) at $23 per week and ArenaLadies classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for $28 per week. For younger fitness enthusiasts, we have ArenaKids classes available during school terms on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 pm to 5:00 pm for $200 per term.
