This plan also includes a welcome pack, introductory fitness consultation, personalised startup programme, access to the AF Workouts App with over 1,000 workouts, free WIFI, and an AF access key for entry into over 50 clubs in NZ and 5,000 worldwide.
For those looking for flexibility, our Lifestyle Membership is perfect. With open terms, you'll still have 24/7 access to our club and all the benefits of our Healthy Habits Membership. This plan also includes a welcome pack, introductory fitness consultation, optional body scan, personalised startup programme, access to the AF Workouts App, free WIFI, and an AF access key.
