Tate Ngariki welcomes you to Ghostfist Lee Gar, the heart of Auckland's combat sports scene. Established in 2022, this gym isn't just about training or fighting; it's a community.
At Ghostfist Lee Gar, "family" and "community" matter most, right down to the name "Ghostfist," earned by Grandmaster Phillip Lam from the Chinese media.
Head coaches Tate Ngariki and Eti Naseri, both seasoned pros from the Lee Gar lineage, bring their expertise to the gym every day. They specialise in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing, having guided numerous champions. Their mission? Helping you reach your combat sports goals.
Weekdays kick off at 5 am with kickboxing, followed by 6 am boxing to fine-tune those skills. Kids aged 5-15 get their own sessions twice a week at 4 pm. At 5:30 pm, it's all about striking, and for those eyeing the ring, there's a fighters' class at 6:30 pm. Saturdays at 10 am are dedicated to youth classes, while Sundays are all about rest and recovery.
Need some one-on-one time? Personalised sessions are available—just hit us up on Instagram or through our contact info.
Follow Eti Naseri and Tate Ngariki on Instagram @ghostfist.leegar for pro tips and insights. No matter your skill level, there's a class for you at Ghostfist Lee Gar. Provide your name, email, phone number, and goals, and we'll get you started.
