Welcome to Taliyoga, founded by Tali, a passionate and dedicated Yoga instructor based in the beautiful coastal town of Bournemouth, New Zealand. Tali has been sharing her love for Yoga with the local community since 2018. What started as a weekly Slow Flow Yoga practise has now expanded to include Meditation Workshops and Pregnancy Yoga.
Tali's journey with Yoga has been life-changing, and she is driven by a deep desire to share its transformative magic with others. Her teaching style is focused on supporting individuals to explore their own unique path and embrace their individual practise. With Tali as your guide, you will experience the power of breath and movement, connecting with yourself, others, and the world around you.
One of Tali's closest collaborators and Yoga bestie is Magda, who she met during their Yoga Teacher Training. They share a strong friendship, values, and a deep passion for Yoga. Together, they have created Let Go and Flow Events, offering Meditation Space and Retreats to the community. Magda specialises in various Vinyasa flows with strong elements inspired by Ashtanga.
With a 200-hour certification and training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, she believes in the importance of both strength and kindness towards oneself in the practise of Yoga.
