Sean's time at Tottenham Hotspur allowed him to work with elite talent in their development centres and training ground, where he received in-house training from top coaches. He also had the opportunity to work with Tottenham Hotspur disability, which further enhanced his understanding and ability to work with children of all abilities.
In addition to his experiences in the UK, Sean has also travelled overseas and worked with the San Jose Earthquakes, an MLS team in the USA. Through his personal coaching sessions, Sean has seen his students gain confidence and progress to higher levels in their respective teams. Some have even gone on to represent England's youth team or sign with top League and EFL teams.
