Running Coach offers three main services: Online Coaching, Bespoke Running Programmes, and a Weekly Running Group. With Online Coaching, individuals from anywhere in the world can receive guidance and support for their running training. This service provides a tailored running programme, progress tracking, and expert support.
The Bespoke Running Programmes are designed specifically for each individual's personal goals. Whether someone is training for a 5 km race, aiming for a sub-4-hour marathon, or working on overall fitness, Andy can create a running programme to help them achieve their targets. Each programme is customised and focuses on effective training, avoiding “junk miles.
For those who prefer a group setting, Running Coach offers a Weekly Running Group that meets every Monday at 7 pm. Coaches from Netley Abbey Runners, partnered with Andy, provide guidance and support during these group sessions. It is an opportunity to connect with a coach and receive personalised advice and feedback.
Andy believes that running without a plan is madness. Following a structured plan enhances the running experience and motivates individuals to achieve milestones. Running Coach encourages participants to track their progress online through a personalised portal. This allows individuals to follow their plan, track their progress, and receive encouragement and advice from Andy.
To start their running journey with Running Coach, individuals are required to complete a running questionnaire. This helps Andy understand their current fitness level and goals, enabling him to tailor a programme specifically for them.
Running Coach offers different coaching packages to suit individual needs and preferences. These packages include different levels of support, such as monthly training plans, tele-consultations, online strength sessions, and 24/7 support. Prices vary based on the package chosen.
