Gemma Yoga, led by seasoned instructor Gemma, serves the community of Southampton, Hampshire with over 12 years of teaching experience. Focused on sharing her extensive knowledge, she offers various classes aimed at enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing. Her flow yoga sessions, blending meditation, breath work, and movement, welcome practitioners of all skill levels. These classes are held on Monday mornings in Hedge End, Monday evenings in Upham, and Wednesday mornings in Wickham, with the first session free for newcomers.
For expectant mothers, Gemma provides pregnancy yoga to support both body and mind from 12 weeks onward. These classes, designed to prepare mothers for birth, are offered every Saturday from 9 am to 10 am in Wickham.
