Based in Oxford, Powerplay has been running 5-a-side football and 7-a-side netball leagues across the UK for over 15 years. They’ve nailed making the whole thing smooth and fun for every team.
Leagues run in mini-seasons of 8-13 weeks, where you’ll play everyone twice in 40-minute matches. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned pro, there’s a division for you.
Scott sorts out all match essentials: refs, umpires, equipment – you just rock up and play.
Costs? Premier venues are £6-10 per player, and standard ones are £4-7. No sneaky fees or deposits, just straightforward costs.
Netball leagues have 7-a-side with up to 10 players in the squad and unlimited rolling subs. Football is mostly 5-a-side but can be 6 or 7-a-side with unlimited subs and 3 extra squad spots.
Seasons run 1.5 to 3 months with trophies for winners and promotions/relegations to keep things lively. New mini-seasons kick off every week.
Scott’s all about competitive fun and welcomes all skill levels. If you’re new, you’ll be in good company with similar teams.
