At PJP Fitness, clients have the option to train at Fitness First in Portsmouth, a state-of-the-art fully equipped gymnasium. The gym offers a wide range of facilities including over 70 cardio machines, a large free weights area, over 20 resistance machines, and a freestyle area with power plates, kettlebells, and other equipment. The gym also provides changing and showering facilities, as well as free parking.
If training at a gym doesn't suit your preference, Phil also offers the flexibility to train at your own house or in outdoor spaces such as parks or beaches. With PJP Fitness, there are countless options to suit your work/life balance.

Phil Page, the owner of PJP Fitness, is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer. He holds various certifications including Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPS), Diploma in Personal Training, Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management, and Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. Phil is also a certified sports massage therapist and has obtained international certifications as a personal trainer.
