And promote personal growth and development for everyone involved.
Daniel King – Daniel, Laura's husband, has been a part of Old Town Riding School since the beginning. He’s not a horse rider, but he’s crucial to the daily operations. Daniel manages all the admin work, handles bookings, and keeps everything running smoothly. With his background in customer service and management, he ensures top-notch service for both the horses and the riders.
Old Town Chloe – Chloe, or the "Queen of the Yard," has been with us since the early days. She’s taught many riders to handle horses confidently. Chloe’s calm and patient, making her perfect for beginners and those a bit nervous. Despite her age, she’s still healthy and enjoys her life as an experienced school pony.
Old Town Lucy – Lucy, our lovely Welsh Section C pony, has been a favourite among younger riders for years. She’s gentle and kind, doing great in both lead rein lessons and more advanced ones. With her friendly nature and cute looks, Lucy’s a cherished part of our team.
Old Town Tango – Tango is an Irish Sports Horse who joined in 2018. He’s the one for riders aiming for show jumping and cross-country. Athletic and full of spirit, Tango’s ideal for experienced riders looking for a challenge. His energetic presence in the arena is infectious.
Old Town Star – Star is the newest on our team, a sweet Connemara pony still early in her training. She’s showing lots of promise and has a great attitude towards work. With our instructors' guidance, Star’s set to be an excellent school pony soon. She’s already winning hearts at the school.
At Old Town Riding School, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming place for riders of all ages and skills. Our dedicated human team and well-cared-for horses make sure every rider gets the best instruction and support. Whether it’s a child's first ride or an experienced rider improving their skills, we want to provide a positive and enriching experience for all.
