Susan's main qualifications include being a CHEK Exercise Coach, CHEK Practitioner Level 1, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2, Sports Massage Chair Based Exercise, and a Black Belt Kickboxer.
The gym itself is located just off Queensway, Hemel Hempstead. It is a cosy space perfect for classes and personal training sessions. With a maximum capacity of 8 people per class, there is a friendly and supportive atmosphere where individuals receive close attention and coaching. The gym is fully equipped with a variety of equipment to keep workouts interesting and challenging.
There are no egos in the gym, as everyone focuses on their own workout and pushes themselves to their full potential. The only competition is with oneself or a friendly challenge to stay motivated.
