Michele has been deeply immersed in yoga since 1999 and has been sharing her insights and experience as a Yoga Elder IYN since 2005. From her extensive background, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes, adapting practises to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a safe and enriching experience.
In Michele's classes, students explore more than just physical postures. She integrates breathing practises (pranayama), meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry, offering a complete approach to yoga that touches the physical, emotional, and spiritual self. Michele also includes restorative practises and deep relaxation to round out the experience.
