Our children's classes are structured and tailored to different age groups and skill levels. The classes are taught by experienced and enthusiastic teachers who provide a nurturing and supportive environment for young dancers to learn and grow.
We also offer adult classes that are suitable for beginners as well as those with previous dance experience. Our adult classes are a great way to stay fit, improve your coordination, and have fun. At NYD Cymru, we understand the benefits of dancing extend beyond physical fitness. Dancing also improves brain function, memory, and mood.
It helps to release endorphins, improve posture, and increase flexibility and balance. We are passionate about promoting these benefits and creating a positive and enjoyable dance experience for all our students. Over the years, NYD Cymru has gained a reputation for excellence. We have a 100% pass rate in exams, with our students achieving Merit or Distinction.
Our annual shows at Bridgend College showcase the talent and hard work of our dancers, and we have recently started performing at various events in the county. In 2022, we became the first dance school in Bridgend to hold Autism Aware Organisational Status, highlighting our commitment to inclusivity and providing a safe and supportive environment for all our students.
