Richie O'Donnell, the owner of RO Fitness, is a UKBFF/IFBB National Champion and 5th IFBB Men's Physique European Champion. Lucy Edwards, one of our personal trainers, is dedicated to helping individuals live a healthy and happy lifestyle through a personalised training programme.

Steve Powell, a level 3 personal trainer and gym class instructor, focuses on improving strength, athleticism, and overall fitness while promoting healthy and sustainable habits. Tamer James, our highly experienced specialist chartered physiotherapist, specialises in knee, shoulder, and lower back injuries and will help you return to full function efficiently.
