Me Time Yoga and Meditation Eastbourne and Bexhill is a yoga studio that offers beginners yoga classes and workshops in Eastbourne and Bexhill. The studio is owned and operated by Jen Geering, a beginners yoga specialist and holistic therapist.
Jen is known for her patient and caring teaching style, making her classes suitable for individuals at all levels of experience. The classes are designed by Jen and include a mix of laying, sitting, kneeling, and standing postures. Some postures are held and breathed through, while others involve flowing in and out of poses. Jen ensures that there is no pressure to do anything that students are not comfortable with and promises that there will be no standing on your head!
Each class concludes with a relaxing, 10-15 minute guided relaxation and inspiration session, allowing students to unwind and find peace within themselves. In addition to regular classes, Jen also organises workshops that delve into various aspects of yoga, meditation, nutrition, relaxation, and stress relief.
The Bexhill classes are held at YouNique Wellbeing Studios, located at 11 Windmill Drive, Bexhill, TN39 4DG. Meanwhile, the Eastbourne workshops take place at Anahata Yoga Studio, which is upstairs at 10 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3LP.
