Fiona Daly YOGA is a yoga studio located in the beautiful coastal town of Eastbourne, New Zealand. Owned and operated by Fiona Daly, a registered 500 Registered Yoga Teacher with the Independent Yoga Network and a senior teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, the studio offers a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration and discovery through the practise of yoga.
Fiona specialises in Vinyasa Flow and Sivananda Yoga, providing a diverse and dynamic range of classes that cater to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Each class incorporates pranayama (breath control techniques), creative asana (yoga postures), and relaxation, ensuring a holistic and well-rounded experience. Fiona's teaching style empowers individuals to embrace the present moment, allowing them to progress and evolve at their own pace.
