We offer structured recreational gymnastics sessions that build strength, flexibility, coordination, power, and balance using the British Aerobic Gymnastics Badge. More advanced athletes can join our squad programme for tailored coaching and competitions.

Where do you train, and what age groups can join?

We train at Unit 1 R/O 66-76 Tulketh Street, Southport. Children from 1 year old can start their gymnastics journey with us.
