Welcome to Kung Fu Queensland, a leading martial arts school located in Palmwoods, Australia. Our focus is on the traditional art of Hung Gar Kung Fu, and we are dedicated to providing our students with in-depth knowledge and insightful training.

At Kung Fu Queensland, we believe in taking the time to truly understand and appreciate the essence of Traditional Gung Fu. We are not here to rush you through the process; instead, we encourage you to take the time necessary to grasp the intricacies and significance of this art form. Our aim is to provide as much insight as possible into the existence of Traditional Gung Fu and why it is so important.

Our curriculum is rooted in the true style of Hung Gar, passed down to us by our experienced Sifu's. We prioritise preserving the authenticity of the art, ensuring that you will learn the genuine form of Hung Gar. au. We also encourage you to attend one of our classes, held at Palmwoods Memorial Hall, on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.

In addition to our Hung Gar Kung Fu training, we also offer White Crane Qigong courses. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practise that focuses on aligning and cultivating the body's internal energies. Through our White Crane Qigong course, you will learn essential qualities such as standing quietly to centre the body and effecting a significant change in developing internal energies.
