au. We also encourage you to attend one of our classes, held at Palmwoods Memorial Hall, on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
In addition to our Hung Gar Kung Fu training, we also offer White Crane Qigong courses. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practise that focuses on aligning and cultivating the body's internal energies. Through our White Crane Qigong course, you will learn essential qualities such as standing quietly to centre the body and effecting a significant change in developing internal energies.
